I've had it only for about 5 days. pH is 7, Ammonia 0 ppm, Nitrite 0 ppm. Nitrate, no more that 12 ppm. Temp 76 F. When I found it I saw a patch of white right at the start of the tail, Picture shows where the white was. I was out all day and don't know when it died, but the others look fine. Any ideas?
