After a long life one of my larger fish developed what looked like sores on the left side. I used Melafix to treat. He died this morning with bloody sores on both sides. I'm curious to know what the disease might be, or if he just grew old. None of the other fish, including cichlids, barbs, yoyo loach and red tail shark show any of the signs of what he had. I am concerned though and want to know if the tank should be treated as a precaution. Thanks. Brad
