Fish Crazy
I occassionally see dead fish, but given the amount there I don't hold it against the store. However if there are reguarly dead fish and the fish have been nibbled at (indicating they have been there a while) I steer clear. I always tell a store if I see a dead fish, and if they instantly grab a net I am not concerned, but if they are not bothered I again would stay away.
