DD's first day on the job

Hi everyone
i recently was offerd a job at my lfs,Aquarium City,and today was my first day!
it was awesome!
before serving a few customers,i learnt how to tie the bags properly with out letting air out,i learnt how to catch the fish with out stressing them too much, i learnt how to get exactly ten neons,and which filters go where, etc
my boss is friendly and i have become friends with my co workers already,
its a very trustworthy lfs, with healthy fish,awesome display tanks and very good customers,usually regulars who know their stuff,
since im not of legal age yet i only do 2 days a week but its all worth it, and the pays good too

Katchan, actually when i was practasing on how to catch a fish properly with the net,(i was using feeder goldfish as practice) a large hitched a ride with asmall one in the net and jumped right into my face and then onto the ground i was in schock for a few seconds before i realized where the gold fish was.....the next row down! it flopped all the way under the tanks in the next section

balas, if youre too young they will make you vacume the floor, before you ask if you could get a job, ask them what they willmake under age workers do, if its good, go for it, if its cleaning the floor, dont

Congrats DD, you do know its now Obligatory for me to come and order Lots of fish from you over the school Holidays LOL? Just Kidding. I will be glad to come in and have a look at what they have. I agree on what they have and how they are a good shop - The owner really wants people to buy stuff though LOL (Good thing..> Last time I went in for Blood Worms and I came back with 2 Sponge Filters I think, Food and Other stuff ).
