Dark Patches Of Growth On Bichir

When i got my senegal bichir it had some faint blotched around its head which i assumed was just the colouration, but when i looked at it today they have risen up and look like growths of some kind, what could they be?
Is it something likely to go to my other fish?

Could be Bichir worm, but then it could also be one of many things.

If you can post a photo I would be able to tell you.

Here's the best pics i can get, i'd really appreciate if someone can help with this, im pretty devastated at the minute, something went wrong with out fish tank heater, pretty much boiled every single fish in there, came home to find everyone dead
Apart from my bichir amazingly, but now im panicking he might have some kind of illness

The pictures are terrible, my bichir never keeps still and the camera doesnt take fish tank pics

That dark patch off centre between its eyes and the one behind it if you can see it, they are very slightly raised

Hi has the Bichir been kept with any Plecos? Or sucker fish of any kind?
It looks like Pleco slime coat removal IMO.

There was one small gibbicep in there which never bothers anything and pretty secretive, but those patches had been there when i first got him, plus they are slightly raised, will they disappear if it is from a pleco?
But my bichir is the only thing alive in the tank now, how long would it be untill it heals?
