I have been watching it and have to agree with you , though i feel she is getting through with the sympathy vote :/

To be honest thats how I feel about the whole show...awful. While I'm no fan of come dancing, it does however 'work' something which dancing on ice does not. However Holly Willoughby does trump Tess Daily too...even is she is wearing far too much make-up.

Bring back real entertainment. Reality shows are wearing thin, and that's coming from somebody who used to watch BB!

This type of show is just enables the icky end of celebs to attempt a comeback, low level celebs to raise their visibility, or non-celeb to become celebs that will need another show like this to be able to do anything in celebdom.

I would rather watch more repeats of the two ronnies if I had to make a choice.

i absolutely love dancing on ice, it's my favourite of all the reality shows (and i watch just about all of them!) i love it that they really have to work hard for it. I get all goosebumpy when something goes well too. got that with a couple of bits of Chris Fountain's routine this week, didn't expect to like him cos I'm typical British, always go for the underdog, but he was really good.

watching them screw it all up is the bit that makes me cringe, but ironically the bit that would make me laugh. It's a bit like things like x-factor. Fun in the earlier days whilst people are making a numpty of themselves, but then just very dull...

Fork handles?

lol, actually in the last year or so i've stopped enjoyed the early days of stuff like x factor, just loads of being pointlessly mean and humiliating people for a quick laugh. fair enough people put themselves up for humiliation and should expect it, but it just isn't very nice. actually gone off the x factor totally this year, was all just full of the judges being a bunch of queens and trying to steal the show. rubbish.

I know what you mean, but I have mixed views on it. Some of these people who have been humiliated have gone on to earn money from it. So, whether laughing at them or with them, in some way they are achieving a lifes ambition of performing to an audience of people who are enjoying it (for whatever reason). now there isn't a lot of people who can say they have done that. I agree with you about the judges though.

The thing with reality programmes now is that they have just become popularity competitions. So in effect, whether you can sing, dance, skate or pick your nose whilst standing on on hand, it doesn't matter if people don't like you or there is some crowd pleaser who may be worse than you. I expect this applies to aggie (although I didn't watch it)...

Totally agree, but by endorsing these programmes you support the view that fame is worth public humiliation for, doesn't bode well for our society when a lot of kids and young people (god i sound old) think that fame for no reason other than being famous is the best they can hope for!

Aggie appears to have the scottish factor.... While the talent was highly questionable overall on the X factor this year Leon was certainly not the strongest of the bunch, and really, there’s no chance of him sustaining a career as a quality recording artist for years to come. He didn’t seem to have much charisma either, however he had all the Scotts on his side and they swung the vote, it’s happened a few times when someone from Scotland, Wales or Ireland does well in a UK competition the whole country really gets behind them in a way that we don’t in England.

good for the country to show some unity really and it'd be nice if England had the same amount of pride!

If aggie get through again I will scream.

Don't believe it yet again she stays in.
She the worst skater in the celebs if you can call them that.
She barely can stand on the ice never mind dance on it.

Thats 2 fairly good contestants gone out now.
Not watching it as the public think it's a personality contest.
ITV are doing to many programmes making money out of the public by using the phone.
