hey everyone, haven't written anything in a while but i'm having a dilemma. The guy at one of my LFS told me this looks like a canary deep water damsel, but I was told at the place where I bought it that it was a yellow damsel. Now from the pics that I've seen regular yellow damsels don't look like my guy. Anyway here are some pics and they definitely don't do this fish justice. The fish is yellow all over, in the picture it kinda looks like it fades to white, that's not the case. Also there is a black dot on the base of each of his side fins, I just couldn't get a nice shot of it...Anyway here two pics.

Thanks again in advance.

I am not completely sure, but it looks like it could be a Yellow Chromis. I don't think that it is a canary deep water damsel because they have two very distinct lines in their eyes. Thsi fish does not have this.

Good point there Sea Turtle...Thanks LFS!, those people are always very helpful, NOT!(Borat pun)...anyway I'm trying to look for other pics of a yellow chromi but can't seem to find one that looks half close to mine. I'll try to take a better pic once I get a chance. I think I'm gonna head to the LFS (different place) to buy me some snails. Again thanks Sea Turtle! if anyone has anything to add I'd also be grateful.
