Dalmatian mollies with blue spots

I have 3 dalmatian mollies that have pretty blue spots and I hear that means they are happy is that true?

Generally if a fish's color is bright and clear they are healthy. IE Bright Eyed and Bushy Tailed. but in this case bushy wouldn't be good.

Blue in mollies is a wild trait...

All the same fish this one had the most blue mostly at the tail.

Yes, the blue shine is a wild trait. Eventough, wild specimens have the more greyish, greenish or brownisch colors, but when the light hits those scales, a blue shine is present. A blue shine can appear in breeding forms. Linebreeding on this specific trait has resulted in the breeding form called "Electric blue".
