cycling???

hi there....im just wondering the proper way to cycle a tank....and if it's a good idea to introduce new fish while cycling...thank-u

Best way, by far, is to find a friend who already owns some established aquariums. I guess bio-spira would work too, but I haven't tried it.

My 1st tank took 1 month to cycle with lots of water changes as I did cycling with live fishes. That was my first and will be my last cycling - all other tanks have been cycled pretty much instantly.
