cycling (urgent for me)

As long as it takes.
If you have a testing kit, test your water regurlarly when cycling. If you don't, then you should go buy one. Once you see a spike in ammonia and nitrite then you do water changes more often and check your stats everyday. Once they are both at 0, you're done cycling. I dont know how long it takes to cycle since I've never cycled a 29 gallon before.

Yep - on average approx 2-3 weeks. But at the end of the day: as long as it takes ;)
