That's what 8-9 fish? Isn't adding 8-9 fish at once, even in normally cycled and established tanks bad? I know you have a big tank, which once it's completely cycled, gives some buffer. As in, if you have a tank that can hold, say 40 fish and it's currently cycled for the 10 fish that are in there, isn't it bad to add 10 more fish at once? I'm somewhat new and never thought about adding more than 3 fish at once, ever, w/o knowing there were tons of bacteria, via cycling or bio-spira, first. Even then, I'd want to be careful that I wasn't adding an amount that couldn't be handled w/ daily water changes.I got a school of cardinals and 3 otos.
