That's a lot at one shot... keep a close eye on the water stats and be ready for a water change... The bacteria will probably take a bit of time to get caught up to that bioload, fortunately the volume is big, so you should be able to catch it quickly. I'd check it every 12 hours, if possible for the next few days, and keep an eye for at least a full week of double zeros...
30 neons plus the other fish is a LOT. You might want to reconsider that stocking a bit. 55 gallons is big, but its not huge.
