I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right place but...
I just put a slice of cucumber in my tank for my bristlenose plec to nibble on (his first piece!) and, while he was ignoring it, something else wasn't. I came back a few minutes later to find around 20 little green specs on the cucumber - I thought they couldn't possibly be alive and it was the current in the water making them look like they were moving. So I took the cucumber out and they were still 'crawling' around. It's impossible to see what they look like or take a photograph because they are so so tiny. But they are dark green round things that were heavily attracted to my cucumber. Is this a problem? Are they living in my tank and can anyone tell me what they are? Thank you!
