Cryptoheros Cutteri - What To Feed?

Today I picked up what I believe to be a male-female pair of Cryptoheros Cutteri. I am wondering what is the best food to give them. I currently have frozen bloodworm, daphnia, mosquito larvae and flake food. They are 2.5-3" in size.

Mix of all, give a good varied diet.

Agreed, a good diet is a quality pellet or flake for when they are younger. Variety in the form of frozen/live foods occasionally and don't forget the greens.

I feed twice a day - flake in the morning, frozen at night (different frozen every night, bloodworm, daphnia, mosquito larvae etc.). So I guess they should be OK with this? What greens do you mean, lettuce, cucumber? Also today I'm going out to buy some live food as a treat.
