A good point made by SkiFletch there, it could just be your silicone so it's down to you. I'm always dubious about freshwater tanks that are converted to reefs as nearly all freshwater meds contain copper traces but that's just me. If the option to upgrade the tank is there and the old ones a bit tatty then i'd do it anyway
Well yeah the tank is pretty beat up so, I'd rather upgrade anyway. Plus I have the chance to get a bigger tank but the problem is that I thought this would be an inexpensive upgrade. But then again saltwater is always pricy.
