I'm sorry. I refuse to sell anyone fish if they can not house them properly.
Customer
Fine I'll take my bussiness elsewhere. You're a cretin!

i have worked in a pet shop for almost 4 years, although we dont sell animals we still sell everything else, its amazin how many customers ask for your help or your opinion, and still take no notice and do what they think

wait wait ... a coldwater storage tank?! like the one you get in the loft kind of thing? or something else?

jeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeebus!!

Isnt it the american equivalent to a rubbermaid? Those have been used for years to temporarily house goldies and some that are small enough become permanent homes. If it can hold a filter then i dont see a problem, but as a temporary solution.
I was looking at them in B&Q and they held about 75 gallons. I thought they would be good as quarantine tanks for pond fish.
Its better than some things ive seen fish housed in.

Yes ! ! Put those customers in there place !

But then again if you didnt have customers, you would have no shop,

But seriously , a storage tank ? Yea, but as black angel says, it is possible ! with adequite filtration, etc

Well said Wolfie :good: and well done for staying soooo 8)
I would have been more like -_- :grr:   :shout: :shout:

here in the UK many houses have a tank for the storage of coldwater in the uppermost part of the house, usually in the loft/attic. This is to feed hotwater storage tanks as and when they need topping up, IE replacing what comes out of the hot tap.
