Thats the thing she wasnt, shes like that alomst all of the time.I wouldnt dare put my hand near her if she had eggs She just doesnt like people messing with HER tank.

I think BP's are very intelligent fish! And they seem to know what they want...
With my own BP I've had airstones in 'her' tank before and she never minded. But that stopped about a year ago when we moved to our new house and I put 'her' tank in the bedroom. The air pump was just too annoying so it was all removed. Anyway, the other day I found one of the new Tetra pumps. Very, very quiet so I put a bubble wand in 'her' tank and by golly did she go ballistic!! All night long she spent throwing pieces of gravel at it. I was trying to sleep and every so often I'd hear a clink clink clink noise. I'd look into the tank and see her trying to cover that wand. Next morning I found her sulking in the opposite corner. The red tailed shark loves the darn thing though, spends alot of his time playing in the bubbles....

My parrot fish is exactly like this. I'm starting to think he might be a she now... I was cleaning his tank the other day and he kept dive-bombing my hand. He's always throwing stones around the tank and attacking the plastic condensation sheet at the top of the tank. They really are great fish to have, though I wouldn't recommend keeping them in your bedroom... mine's always keeping me awake with his late night gravel-throwing activities!
