Cramped Bettas....

iv never actualy seen any tanks over here like that (untill just)... makes u wonder.... are they in it for the money? because they damn sure cant be in it for the fish if they are kept like that....

My LFS kept Bettas in nice big tanks...unfortunately, one was kept with two dozen red-tipped sharks! Its fins were in rags, which is a shame cos it seemed to be nice and docile. It also had fungus.

This was 3 or 4 months ago - nowadays his fins are still a little ragged, I think they always will be, but they're miles better than they were and other than that he's happy now. I named him The Godfather and he lives in a community, he's one of the few truly non-agressive male bettas.

Betta abuse happens too much.
