I tried to pick out a female but now im not too sure. As soon as i put it in the tank with my older female she went for it and tried to atrack it so my older one is in another tank until i finish cycling my 60 gallon, i was hoping to have a trio of females but if this is a male i will try to get one or two more females. Looks like a female to me. It seems to have a more rounded dorsal fin than a typical male would have. Just my opinion though, good luck!
