I have 6 denison barbs, 6 cory catfish, 2 medium angel fish, 2 rams and a golden panchux oh and a small rainbow shark. My tank is is 40 galons roughly im not planning on anymore fish , and my temperature is about 27. Any info or thoughts would be ideal the fish seem happy and eat well etc ,i would like peoples opinion on whether that is too many fish and any info at all thank you

I think that the rainbow shark will get too large for the tank that you have. They need a tank with base dimensions of at least 120 x 45 cm.

Depends on the dimensions.. but 40 gallon I'm guessing isn't 4' long, which is what those denison could do with as a minimum. If you look at the shape of them, they're like torpedoes, that want to swim lengths unimpeded.

Temp is ideal for the angel but a bit warm long term for the barbs.

The shark will need a bigger tank and the panchax wouldn't mind at least 3' in length.

Overall, see if you can get a bigger tank? And perhaps drop the temp a by 1°c

The tabk is 24.44 degreesand length wise its 3ft by 35cm . So generally ud advise a larger tank?
Ah 24-25 is good thought you said 27.

If you want to add any more fish you'll need something bigger. The denison will feel a bit cramped but at the same time it could always be worse!
