Well as some may have heard I've been dealing with walmart for quite some time now, I mention it in this thread here
On Saturday I took some extreme measures and called some office number. I talked with a man for quite a while. And today, WalMart called me I talked to some guy and he was just talking about the tanks and how they'd fix the 'tank' situation. And I said,that's good to hear but what about the bettas? He was a bit lost and I told him my main complaint was the bettas in the cups,no water changes,no food etc etc..
And after a long talk he said they would probably get betta barracks for them! But in the meantime he'll go give the staff a proper betta care seminar using the info I had given him.
So I'll believe it when I see it, but this has enlightened me a bit, I was beginning to feel really beat by the system If any of you are dealing with the same thing, don't give up!! I almost did
