I'm going on an overseas holiday to Thailand for 3 weeks and looking at an auto feeder..........would anyone recommend one? (not until November)

Also, will my large 242 litre tank be O'K for 3 weeks without the water change etc?

Unfortunately, I wont have anyone available to look after it.

cheers

hi, the eheim auto feeder is a good one, i use this one as sometimes im away for a few days, i also use it when im away on holiday

Cheers Gordon

Make sure you get a mains powered one; if there's a power cut of any kind whilst you're away, a battery powered one will just keep dumping food into your tank when the filter may not be working.

Get yaself an Interpet auto feeder. Holds enough food for 4-5weeks and its totally adjustable. Yea it battery operated, but whats the chance on having a power cut??

If the powers out for three weeks, over feeding will be the least of his worries...
