Cotton mouth disease

Hi can anyone tell me if this is cotton mouth disease it’s the best pic I could get sorry it’s not very clear

From this angle it looks more like mouthrot.

So what do I need to do because I’ve noticed all 6 tetras have got some sort of white stuff round there mouth

Yeah it’s quite difficult getting the right picture for u cos they keep hiding but trust me when I say there mouths look really horrible there constantly opening and closing there mouths and it looks really white all around and some have got bits of white hanging off from there mouth like the one in the pic should I anaesthetize them all

I’ve had the fish since December last year I’ve not added anything to the tank
