Corydoras substitute

Was wondering if there were other bottom feeders besides corydoras that I could get. Somethings that’s hardy preferrably.

Snails? Or perhaps loaches? It really depends on your tank size, stocking, and water parameters.

I have not had experience with bottom feeders other than corydoras, but there are other types of loaches. Yoyo loaches comes to mind. But as Circus suggested that's all going to depend on your tank size.

My tank is 30 gallon tall tank it has 3 white skirt tetras and an angelfish

Do you have hard water, or soft? You can find the numbers usually on your water providers website, or use a test kit if you have one.

Whiptail catfish are cool. Dwarf loaches.

Hard by drinking water standards, or aquarium standards? If you can, try to look it up online. If your hardness is below 215 ppm you can try dwarf chains. I have dwarf chain loaches in my 29 gallon tank. They like to be in groups of 8 or more, but can be kinda spendy. You might also want to look at getting a few more White Skirts.

So I looked it up for Fresno, CA (where your location is set to) and it looks like you are at about 123 ppm. That is not very hard. Which is good news! Your angelfish and skirts should do really well and you have a good list of fish to choose from.
Dwarf loaches would do well, or you could try snails or even a bristlenose pleco. Or possibly other small pleco types.

I just googled "Fresno California Water Hardness" and clicked the Annual Water Quality Report for 2019.

On page 8 you will see that "Total Hardness" is 123 mg/l, which is the same as ppm.

Hmm I was thinking would corys do well in my tank I may buy those instead
