The last few days I have noticed my Albino Cory is hiding a lot in my ornament in the tank. The bronze one doesn't really hide in there he/she just cleans the gravel! Why could the Albino be doing this???

is the cory active some of the time?
if so than this is just part of everyday behaviour-they spend half thier time being hyper and half skulking in hiding places.
if not then please send a full list of all your fish in the tank.

you need more corys- this may be a cause of the cory not doing anything.

Hi timmystood

If your cory just changed it's behavior, check your parameters to see if that's a problem. Also, when it comes to corys, when in doubt, it's best to do an extra water change.

Could it be that he doesnt have any other cories besides the one to school with and he isnt secure with the surroundings?

Yeah - I know I need more coryies - i'm just building the tank up gradeually.
Parameters are normal and I do a water change every day.
My betta sometimes chases the Bronze catfish not the albino so I cannot see why it's the Albino that is hiding away. They where only put in on Sunday but until the last day they've been fine - could it that they are spawning?
