I don't think that your cory had Septacemia (no bloody streaks in fins) or Dermocystidium (no nodules or breaks in the skin).
What I think you had was either an ectoparasite problem, doubtfull as it has improved or a slight bacterial infection, which the corys immune system has/is dealing with.
I have seen these red marks on albino corys (on stock, when I worked in lfs,) and with the aid of melafix they totally cleared up in 7 days.
