Personally i wouldnt add any more fish to the tank until you find out what is happening.
Just watch the others for any signs, I would sit it out & observe.
You clearly cant add any meds cos you dont know what your treating

alright, i figurred it out, there were some exposed rock is the corner, ill cover them up and bury them... that is why i think...
