Cory Species Only Tank

Ok so I think I'm gonna keep it to about 5-6. Beleive me if I had live food I would definently use it but I'm stuck with frozen for now...

I saw an auction on AB for green lazer cories. I am gonna look them up on the internet. I don't want to pass them up if I can get them.

Hi tank212 :)

I was watching that auction too. I have a few of them but will eventually want some more.

They are fantastic looking fish, but are difficult to get to spawn. If you are thinking about buying an interesting cory for future breeding, I would suggest you look at this auction:

I believe that these are young fish, but they will be good and healthy. I have some adults from the same breeder and they are spawning well for me. They are not as dramatic in appearance as the green or orange lazers, but are attractive and have the advantage of being much easier to get to spawn. :D

I agree the Orange and Green Laser Cories are great. Im looking to get some in the future.

Hey Inchworm,

Have you seen the Red Laser Cories that are sometimes on Aquabid? Ive seen an auction on them a couple times. Also, have you ever bought fish from that other auction site with the gold shoulders? Have you had good experiences?

EDIT: Im really liking those Gold Shoulder Aeneus, but Im not familiar with ordering fish online...

Well I might have two tanks set up then. Cause I really want those green lazers. :D

Hi guys! :)

Isn't it funny how addictive corys can get? There are so many kinds and every species is distinctive in it's own way.

As to the AniBid auction site............ It's relatively new, and the fish section is new on it. The man offering the fish I showed you has sold fish on AB using the name Guppymannj, but not recently. I've bought more than one kind of fish from him and have been very happy with them. He's a nice guy personally, and I've exchanged a number of emails with him. He's always helpful, if you need it. There are a number of sellers on AB that I could recommend, but none more than him. If you have any questions about the fish, why not send him an email before you bid on them. And tell him that I sent you! :D

I have never seen the red lasers, but have heard that there is not much difference in color between them and the orange ones. I would like to know for sure.

Whenever you buy fish online, be certain to pay the difference and get overnight delivery. DO NOT trust the post office to ship fish by Priority Mail. If you do, you will probably not get guaranteed live delivery, and the extra time in the bags is very stressful for corys.

You got that right! :D I find a different cory I want every day. Im definately suffering from MTS! I love the challenge of finding them too. One thats first on my list is the C. Gossei B) :D

Hi Barracuda518 :)

Yes, the gossis are lovely fish! The C. seussi is the same exact coloration, but it has a longer nose. If you find that one you will like it equally well. :D
