Looking for an ID of what I was told were "CW010" Gold Laser Corys.
They do look like the CW010 (Gold laser) but also like the Melanotaenia Cory.

What you think ?

All pics are of the same type of cory...

It is a gold laser corydoras I think. Seen it before in the lfs.

You might have both... :/

Could be the case.   I had them when they were Fry, so who knows. lol
Just wish they would keep still long enough for me to photo them all lol..

Did you ask them politely?  My cories are very considerate. :p

They look like my gold lasers, just the stripe isn't so pronounced on some of the pictures.
If you take the pictures with a flash, the stripe should look orange.

Here is one of mine without flash:

And a bad picture of one of them:

Nice healthy female snazy. Did you buy her or did you raise her from an egg? The bronze I got from LFS have small barbels and such (like from bad conditions at the breeder's or the pet shop)so I'm keeping some of their fry(from 2 different spawns with different parents)to replace them.

They were very young and small when I bought them, possibly just a few months old.  I got 6 and 3 arrived with their tails literally stuck/pointed and never recovered the tails but it doesn't bother them and I've had them for over a year.
Their barbels are exceptionally long. I don't know if you can make it out on the second picture, but all 4 barbels fold under the body like a real catfish. The albinos that are with them don't have such long barbels, although they aren't damaged or anything so maybe it's in their genes because mine share the same tank.

So about the barbels, what is considered "very good" for bronze cories?  Should they all go back like your female there, or all but the middle whiskers located on opposite sides? Is is it bad if they or some of them go straight forward or are short?  I was going to keep some of my fry for breeding and wondered which ones to pick.

Not sure to be honest. Here is a pic of one of my albino/bronze corys that lives together with the gold lasers.

And one more picture that shows all 6 barbels from what I can see anyway.
