Cory Cats- Eating Habits

Do Cory Cats eat flakes of food that land at the bottom or do they eat algae like plecos?

Mine eat both and nibble on the plants.

Cory cats like eating flakes if they fall onto the bottom of the tank. Another thing you might want to try is sinking shrimp pellets. Alot of bottom feeding fish seem to love them.

a small feed just after lights out normally gets a bit more flake to the bottom, especially if u have tiger barbs like i do greedy gits they are

Umm im not to formilar with the eating habits of a Discus, but im sure they would like them too. most cichlids like to eat them off the ground.

I would recommed Tetra Tabimin or JBL pellets. They are a good staple diet for corys but make sure you over other foods as well like bloodworm, chopped earthworms and flake.... variety is the spice of life !

My cory's love TeraPrima. It's a sinking pellet but most of my fish go bonkers for it!
