Also I do see improvements in my corys but the barbles Aren’t fully grown yet is that a good sign?

Also should I keep the salt in for maybe a extra week so 3 weeks cuz the barbles aren’t fully heqled

Cory barbels may or may not re-grow, it depends upon the underlying cause, and how far down they were damaged. I mention this just by way of saying that seeing barbels growing or not is not the factor as to when the "treatment" (salt here) should end. And I will not comment on that as others are helping you.
