ok, i added a few new corals today and my older corals are doing ok but they seem a bit down the past week.

water paramaters

SG 1030 high , i know thats the only thing i can see to be wrong
nitrite 0.1
ammonia 0.1 test kit chart starts from 0.1
nitrate 10
temp 25
phosphate 0

nitrite could be due to one or 2 corals that didnt make the transit will remove them tonight, fish doing very well, only other thing i did yesterday was took all the rocks out and re-vamped the tank a little bit also added a phosphate reactor just waiting for my tunze bio-reactor that will possibly bring my nitrate to 0

could SG have such a big factor ? adding clean R/O water daily to correct the problem.

high salinity will definitely cause issues especially if the coral was from a tank with a lower salt level.

ROFL, sorry the title made me laugh so much, just imagining a coral sitting there with a sad look on its face, sighing heavily and moaning about how bad life is!!!

little drooping tentalces thinking to itself "I can't go on, what's the point"

see all the shrimp and fish bouncing off the walls singing songs about how great they feel. Then stop the Prozac and watch them all crash and burn :) Ahhh the pain, I must have some more drugs. Gimme, I can't go on without them. Hey that shrimp's got some stashed away under the rock, and that hemrit crab has some in his shell. get em. . .
