Coralife 2x14w 2" Balasts Fell In The Water!

I live in Canada and two of my Coralife (2x14w 24") balasts fell in the water!

I think they can be fixed but can find anywhere in Edmonton that can do it. Im sure the replacement parts (ballast? or what?) can be bought online but cant find the parts anywhere.

were they in the water long?

we've briefly dropped lights in the water before, usually OK when they dry out if they've just had a bit of a splash

They dont work anymore. They ballast is not working.
