hi wat are the corals that the "nemo's" like haha? and what is an ideal tank for the osilarius (spelled wrong) clown fishes?

also, my 10g saltwater has some wierd salt-crsytal things growin on the edges. is there something wrong?

Nemos (Amphiprion ocellaris or percula) will host in almost any coral, showing a preference for certain species of Anemones (not advised for a novice or un-matured tank)
For a Common Clownfish pair a tank of 70ltrs is the absolute minimum IMO. I feel your 10 gallon tank will be too small for a pair of Common Clownfish. All other clownfish soecies will require a heck of a lot more volume. Don't be deceived at the size of clowns in dealers tanks these more often than not will be young juveniles and the get a lot bigger. ,
Here is an internet quote to explain what I mean
Clownfish live in strict hierarchical communities. Each neighbourhood is dominated by a top-ranking female breeder. Her male partner is next, followed by up to four progressively smaller, non-breeding fish. When the dominant female dies, her mate changes sex and becomes female. The top-ranking non-breeder becomes a sexually active male, and all the other fish shift up a rank. Clownfish also appear to regulate their size in order to remain part of the group. Each fish keeps its body mass 20 percent smaller than the fish directly above it in social rank, probably to avoid conflict. Fish who disrespectfully outgrow their rank are rejected by the clan.
The Crystallisation on the side of your aquarium is known as "Salt Creep" perfectly normal and is normal produced by the evaporation process, every tank will have more or less depending on the amount of evaporation that particular tank undergoes. Just wipe it away. Please dont top off evaporated water with Saltwater as this will increase you salinity levels. Use RO water for top off's. And always check you stats especially in such a small tank where stability will be harder to maintain than a larger tank.
I hoped that helped

I think nemo is an ocellaris. You could keep a single clown in a 10g w/maybe a small goby fish that will inhabit the bottom of the tank. That's about the most you could have though. 10g are pretty small.

thx big c and kj, thats good, cause i only have 1 nemo in the tank haha.

one more question, what is a nice and hardy anemone it is going in my 100g and as u can see, this will be my first time with corals hah.

thxxxxxxxxx

bta read ALL about them BEFORE getting one. They have extrememly high lighting requirments and are very sensitive to water quality. They can move about the tank and sting existing corals and if they like your system they can reproduce which can be a PITA.
