Maybe, although I've never seen one that color with polyps that look like that...
Is it a soft coral, or a hard coral? If its soft, I'd lean towards a yellow leather like BigC said, but if it's hard, the polyps almoast make it look like a "Pagoda cup" coral. Then again, I've never seen a pagoda that color...

my LFS have these fairly regularly, they call them golden scroll coral

It looks like a turbinaria/pagoda coral too me,
It likes good lighting but not to direct a flow,as long as its got water passing by it to discourage detritus settling on it.
