Coral Gravel / Snail Eggs ?

Hi, I was wanting to take some coral ravel from TANK(A) and put it in a media bag in an external filter for use in TANK(B),
TANK(A) has trumpet snails in it so there is a chance the eggs may be in the gravel, , , ,
If I pour some boiling water on the gravel will this destroy any eggs that may be there ?
After boiling will the ravel still hold any buffering capabilities I want from it ?

I boiled my gravel and still the MTS survived.

Coral Gravel should still have the same buffering properties no matter what you do to it.
