You did use photo editing, right? The light in the upper left hand corner is the same exact light that was in your last picture. (The one with the Nerite snail)

Excellent Photo ! I got lucky and captured one of my amano's and was pleased how the red and green dots showed up. Shrimp are pretty cool.

It's a great picture regardless.... It also doesn't look like the exact same lighting, just in the same place. The pic does look edited, as the edges as darkened. But a great looking shrimp and a good quality picture all the same.
