OK, so, my brother got 2 ADFs last January and 1 died in about 2 months but the other lived on. After 2 months, my brother stopped doing water changes to the 2.5 gal. that the ADF was living in. Then, in about 5 months, he stopped feeding it. Then, in about 7 months the light went out!! This ADF was living in a tank that hadn't been cleaned in 7 or 8 months, had no light, and wasn't being fed. My brother said that she had been living off algae, but what happens to the algae when there's no light? DUH!! Anyway, I went into his room today, looking for some money for the mall (tehe) and I just happened to walk over to his tank and look in it. THE FROG WAS STILL ALIVE!!!! so I ran and got a net and transfered it to a bowl in my room. Then, I ran and screamed at my brother and fed the frog some fish flakes (I couldn't get him to eat the bloodworms) Now, he is still in the bowl. I think that tomorrow he can go into the main tank, but I want him to get used to the fact of food and light and a clean bowl/tank. I am not talking to my bro anymore!!!!!
