convicts and german blue rams

Could i keep a pair of convict cichlids with a pair of german blue rams? Its going to be until the convicts get big enough to be taken out of the ten gallon. How big due the german blue rams get?

I would say absolutely no way!!! Rams get about 3" full grown I believe and are very peaceful fish. Can be kept in community tanks.
The convicts get larger and are very aggressive for their size, VERY aggressive.. Even when fairly small they have a mean streak.

You could try it when the cons are very small but you are taking a chance that they will kill your rams. For the sake of the rams I wouldnt chance it.

How much are the german blue rams on average? Do they breed easily? Will they eat fish smaller then them?

The cost varies to much from area to area to answer your question accurately but i would guess 5-6 us each.
