Convict With Growths

Not having the luckiest couple of months with my fish!

In my other tank I have a convict cichild with warty growths at the base of the fins. My googling suggests Lymphocystis Virus - I hope it isn't as it looks pretty hard to get rid of

He appears to be eating and swimming around ok.

350l tank
gravel bed
Ammonia 0
Temp 77
Nitrate 20
Nitrite 0

Tank mates:
15 convict cichlids (blooming rabbits!)
Plecs
4 x-ray fish
Ghost knife fish

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Does in fact look like lymphocystis. Not much you can do for it, just keep your water quality up and the inflammation should go away eventually.
