just leave them to it, time will tell, they will ether become wriggely in the next few days or be eaten/abandoned
 
:rolleyes:Its been over 2 days since they were laid and the parents are alot more agressive and all the eggs are still there and they are digging more pitts. I think that they were fertilised. :hyper:
 
Yep, their aggression is their worst feature. Unfertilised eggs will go white and start to grow fungus. The parents usually remove the affected eggs.
 
quick update> I can see black things(lines)in the eggs, I think that means that they are the fish...
 
the line is the tail, it should unwrap and start to trail off upwards, they will begin wriggeling at this point
