Constipated platy

Any suggestions on good food to ease my platy's constipation? I've read that boiled shelled peas are good but she doesn't touch them. I regulary feed frozen blood worm, will this help or make things worse? What about live brine shrimp?

If peas don't work, try some boiled green vegetables (lettuce, zuchini..)

Actually the bloodworms, brine shrimp and other high protein foods could be the cause of your platties problem. Try getting a can of spurlina flakes and feeding just that for a few days. It will help to clear things up and then only feed the high protein foods once or twice a week.
