Okay so i feed my betta before i went to school came home looked fine decided to do the normal weekly water change of changing all of it which i always have and made sure it was the rite temp and put declorinator in as always after i change it then added my betta but instead of him being happy and swimming he swam strait down then kinda let him self float up and just keep letting him self float i have never seen him do this i tried feeding him he wouldent eat not a good sign since he loves eating ive had him for a year and a half.

How long has it been since you did a water change? Perhaps the change in water chemistry gave him a small shock. What's he doing now...floating there?

Was there any accidental bumping or bruising when he was being transferred,he might have some minor swim bladder damage.

i just went and checked on him he is swimming slowly but as he swims his back end lifts and he trys to swim some and it happens again then he kinda just stops and staarts floating alittle without moving his fins and same process again.

It sounds like he bruised his swim bladder a bit. He should be ok without any treatment, just leave him be for a few hours and keep us posted.

Thank you will do he is just hanging out in his favorite plant rite now so caint tell his movements but i will check back in an hour or so to see if things are any better thanks again im so glad that he should be fine :D
