Confused By Water Tests - Help

That's the funny thing, the bottle says to stop dosing when either ammonia or nitrites are in the 5-10 ppm range and then just leave it. When both ammonia and nitrites hit zero, you're done.
I was a bit dubious at first since every other fishless cycling guide tells you to keep dosing ammonia until it falls to zero within 12 hours, so I might continue dosing to 1-2ppm and testing just to be sure.

I think you're right to be dubious - if you stop feeding whilst the N-bacs eat the nitrite, the A-bacs will be dying off, cos they're not getting fed.

Does the bottle say it contains bacteria, or just the ammo and nutrients?

Just ammonia and nutrients. I'm adding Filter Start by Interpet to supply some bacteria.
