Compatibility Sharks And Loaches

hey guys, i get the feeling this doesn't belong her but, i couldn't think of anywhere else. would a couple bala sharks get along with a school of clown loaches? i also have a red tailed shark in the tank, but he doesn't really matter, to the topic that is.

Yeh, no problems at all, just check there in a big enough tank, 75gal minimum.

oh yeah, i just got a 100 gallon tank, freshly cycled, beautiful . . .just need fiiiishies. lol.

I used to have clowns and balas in the same tank and they got on fine.

RTBS's are semi-aggressive but mostly towards their own species (definitely only get one) and to similarly shaped fish. I have a RTBS with clown loaches, zebra loaches, gouramis, rainbow fish and a few danios in my 90g. The RTBS will from time to time chase the rainbowfish and danios around (especially at feeding time but she is too slow to catch them) she seems perfectly content sharing the bottom of the tank with the loaches. It shouldn't be a problem, especially if you have lots of hiding places for them.
