Hi! I am considering a crayfish in my 35 gallon. What are crayfish compatible with? What should you definately NOT keep with them?

Thanks!

I guess it would depend on the actual species but most crawfish are carnivorous nocturnal predators and would eventually eat some or all of your fish or other inhabitants... including other crawfish who have molted and may not be protected. Read up a lot more on them. Here is a few links I have in my favorites folder that I've added over the years.

Great! Thanks for the links, they were very helpful.

Being as you're in Canada, you may be able to get hold of a Mexican Dwarf Cray. Cute little guys... Bright orange in colour. Normally quite placid and less aggressive than several types of shrimp. I'd buy one if I could, but they're illegal in the UK...
