Personally I would say no... Im not one f those "it should have 500L per fish" people but honestly from experience (in keeping the fish and selling them), i wouldnt keep a Red Tail Shark (or Ruby or Albino RTS etc) in anything under 250L and angels the same.

Baby angels might do alright in that size when they are tiny babies, i kept 6 baby angels the size of 5 pence pieces (friends angels bred but the babies kept dying so i rescued a few) but within 4-5 months they were way too big for that tank! Within 8 months the males had hit fully grown and were huge, 9 - 10 months the females hit fully grown. They were a good 20cm top to bottom fin on the shorter finned angels and the tank is only what, about 50cm tall? Didnt ive them much room and they got really narky.

The tank is perfect for Apistogrammas but i think i would rethink your larger fish. I would also plan the tank round your apistos :) They do like to be left alone to their own devices and putting aggressive cichlids like angels or aggressive bottom dwellers like RTS is asking for trouble.

Maybe some gourami species instead of angels? Dont have to get the boring old gold/opaline/dwarf gouramis that whilst nice... are common as anything... Do some looking around and you can find some really nice Thick Lipped Gouramis, Honey Gouramis, Croaking Gouramis, Sparkling Gouramis etc...

Or you could go down the route of creating really soft water using remineralised RO and adding lots of almond leaves to the tank to soften the water, create a mulch and get the black water and get some far more exciting gouramis like the Licorice Gouramis or Chocolate Gouramis (do need really soft water, just RO isnt usually enough) but if you look up Samuri Chocolate Gourami (i think its 'valiante' or something like that)....

Just some ideas... there are some really exciting fish out there withut sticking to the ones that everyoneelse has!
