Can please give me any advice in curing mouth rot, bearing in mind the fish I have in my Sig, Thanks.

Is the mouth rotting away or is it just white and fluffy.

Myxazin by waterlife and pimafix in the uk for columnaris.
Yes you can use both meds, but don't forget to increase aeration in the tank with the med as they reduce 02 in the water.

Are those safe with loaches?

The fish should be ok with the meds if there plenty of aeration in the tank.
Its more the parasites med with loaches.
