Do you keep or know about small and colorful inverts like red cherry shrimp and dwarf orange crayfish?

And there's all the Sulawesi shrimp .

Sulawesi shrimp are very colourful (I like the blue ones most):

Sulawesi shrimp are very expensive and very delicate, so might be better starting off with a more hardy species.

Beware of dyed shrimp though, the colour isn't passed on to the young and may even fade in the original shrimp.

There are lots of colourful shrimp you can keep... ukshrimp have profiles for Cherry shrimp, yellow shrimp, green shrimp, snowball shrimp (white) and blue pearl shrimp as well as lots of others. The species i have mentioned are all relatively easy to keep and breed and can be seen here www.ukshrimp.co.uk

Depending on where you live you may not be able to keep the orange crayfish... they are an illegal species in the UK.

Also becareful with your water parameters, sulawesi shrimp require more alkaline water compared to many other dwarf shrimp with like acidic water.

Thanks for your replies and pictures, i would like to have a tank for exotic shrimp and other inverts that will live peacefuly with them, i'll make sure they require the same water parameters,temp...
the 3 LFS around where i live have only ghost shrimp and amano shrimp,i 'll searsh online for the above colorful shrimp and try to get some later.

I reccomend you get some cheap amano's say 4-5 and let them mature the tank for 2-3 months then add red crystal shrimp and start breeding them you can get a pretty penny for them.

So Amano shrimp are hardy? what should i feed them for 2-3 months? what i know is they are algae eater.. is that enough for them to survive?

They are not particularly hardy, no shrimp are, but they are hardier then some species and relatively cheap that won't harm any other dwarf shrimp which you may add later. I feed mine on shrimp wafers, Fish flakes that have fallen to the bottom and the occasional treat like a peeled cooked prawn, cucumber, cut up earthworm etc...
