Coldwater Shrimp?

are there any colwater freshwater shrimp that are easy to get hold of?

Depends on where you live, what specific temperature you are talking about and tank mates for the shrimp .

about 16-20, hopefully a steady 18*c

My palaemonentes (ghost) shrimp can survive at that temp no problem. Cherry shrimp and a few related have been documented live at that temperature well but I do beleive it has to be over 18 for them to breed.
